This payment is a NON‑REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of £50.00 only (£60.00 TOTAL INCLUDING VAT).


Full Price Guide (confirmed at booking):

• 0 – 5 appliances = £60.00 total

• 5 – 10 appliances = £95.00 total

• 11 – 20 appliances = £130.00 total

• 21 – 35 appliances = £170.00 total

• 36+ appliances / large sites / commercial premises = £210.00+ total

(Final price depends on number of items, type of equipment, location and accessibility; any remaining balance is to be paid directly to the company, upon receipt of our invoice. NO CERTIFICATE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL OUTSTANDING INVOICES AND BALANCES ARE FULLY CLEARED.)


Process:


1. Payment received → We contact you to arrange date/time for testing.


2. Our qualified engineer attends, carries out full visual inspection and electrical safety testing of all portable appliances, in line with current regulations; issues official PAT Testing Certificate and labelled items showing PASS or FAIL result.


3. ✅ If all items PASS: Final invoice issued for any balance due. ONLY ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CLEARED, your official certificate and test log will be sent by email; job complete.


4. ⚠️ If any items FAIL / require repair/replacement: We provide a fixed price quote for any required work or replacement.


◦ ✅ If you accept our quote: We carry out work, re‑test, and **issue updated certificate FREE OF CHARGE — no extra fee for certificate or re‑test. AGAIN — NO CERTIFICATE RELEASED UNTIL ALL BALANCES ARE PAID.


◦ ❌ If you decline the quote: Failed items are noted only; testing complete, report issued subject to payment clearance.


CANCELLATION & ATTENDANCE POLICY:

• Cancellation allowed ONLY if notified at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• If we arrive at the agreed time and no one is present, access is denied, or you have not cancelled within the 48‑hour window: a £33.00 Call‑Out Fee applies. We will take clear evidence (photos/video of property, site, door, no answer) as proof of attendance.

• NO REFUNDS are given under any circumstance — including if you cancel late, we attend and cannot gain access, or you decide you no longer require the service. This applies whether you are the landlord, agent, owner or occupier.


STRICT TERMS — NO EXCEPTIONS:

• NO CERTIFICATE ISSUED UNTIL ALL INVOICES & BALANCES ARE 100% CLEARED / PAID IN FULL.

• Booking fee, call‑out fees, and all payments are 100% non‑refundable, regardless of test results, work required, attendance result, or cancellation reason.

• Payment constitutes full acceptance of all terms, policies, and fees stated above.

• Service includes visual inspection, electrical testing, report and certificate ONLY — repairs or replacements are additional, separate charges unless agreed and carried out by us, in which case re‑certification is free.
