This payment is a NON‑REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of £100.00 only (£120.00 TOTAL INCLUDING VAT).
Full Price Guide (confirmed at booking):
• Studio flat / 1–2 bedroom property / up to 5 circuits = £120.00 total
• 3–4 bedroom property / 6–12 circuits = £150.00 total
• 5+ bedroom / large / complex / commercial premises / 13+ circuits = £180.00+ total
(Final price depends on property size, age, number of circuits, accessibility and installation complexity; any remaining balance is to be paid directly to the company, upon receipt of our invoice. NO CERTIFICATE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL OUTSTANDING INVOICES AND BALANCES ARE FULLY CLEARED.)
Process:
1. Payment received → We contact you to arrange inspection date/time.
2. Our qualified electrician attends, carries out full visual inspection and electrical testing of the installation, and issues official EICR certificate showing SATISFACTORY or UNSATISFACTORY result (including C1 / C2 / C3 / FI codes).
3. ✅ If SATISFACTORY: Final invoice issued for any balance due. ONLY ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CLEARED, your official EICR certificate will be sent by email; job complete.
4. ⚠️ If UNSATISFACTORY / WORKS REQUIRED: We provide a fixed price quote for all required remedial work, repairs or upgrades.
◦ ✅ If you accept our quote: We carry out all necessary work, re‑inspect and re‑test the installation, and issue your new SATISFACTORY certificate FREE OF CHARGE — no extra fee for the certificate or re‑inspection. AGAIN — NO CERTIFICATE RELEASED UNTIL ALL BALANCES ARE PAID.
◦ ❌ If you decline the quote: No further action taken; inspection and testing complete, report issued subject to payment clearance.
CANCELLATION & ATTENDANCE POLICY:
• Cancellation allowed ONLY if notified at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• If we arrive at the agreed time and no one is present, access is denied, or you have not cancelled within the 48‑hour window: a £33.00 Call‑Out Fee applies. We will take clear evidence (photos/video of property, door, no answer) as proof of attendance.
• NO REFUNDS are given under any circumstance — including if you cancel late, we attend and cannot gain access, or you decide you no longer require the service. This applies whether you are the landlord, agent, owner or occupier.
STRICT TERMS — NO EXCEPTIONS:
• NO CERTIFICATE ISSUED UNTIL ALL INVOICES & BALANCES ARE 100% CLEARED / PAID IN FULL.
• Booking fee, call‑out fees, and all payments are 100% non‑refundable, regardless of inspection outcome, testing result, whether work is required, attendance result, or cancellation reason.
• Payment constitutes full acceptance of all terms, policies, and fees stated above.
• Service includes inspection, testing, report and certificate ONLY — remedial work, repairs or upgrades are additional, separate charges unless agreed and carried out by us, in which case re‑certification is free.
